Benefits Available! $18 to $28 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, evidence of insurability, and a working vehicle required
• Knowledge and use of all safety devices and general safe work practices
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational/planning skills, proactive, has a sense of urgency
• Analytical and critical thinking
• A proactive rather than reactive approach to resolving construction issues
• Self-starter with ability to set own goals and tasks
• Diplomacy in working with other people
